The Phoenix Group

Rising from the flames, this new social meeting facility is proving very successful. A group of seven or eight meet informally at Old Steine every Thursday at 2.30.

The day I went was beautifully sunny just right for a visit to Lewes on the bus. The choice of place is chosen by the group members. We paid our own bus fares and also funded any food and drinks we had.

En route we passed the University, new Amex stadium` and Motorway.

In Lewes we visited the town square, a café and pub, basking in the sun soon it was time to return and we went our separate ways.  Adrian who started The Phoenix Group is keen to meet new members. He can be contacted at BHT London Road.
