Base Fest 2

Things are starting to fizz. Preparations are being made. An early visit from Santa is imminent.

Following the success of the first Base Fest in  Spring this year, plans for  Base Fest 2 are well underway. The seasonal event will take place at the Friends Meeting House on Saturday 19th December between 12 noon and 4pm. It is intended to raise awareness of the homeless in Brighton and to raise money

First Base volunteers have been busy creating craft items like notebooks,  candle pots and  jars of spice and apple chutney.

A photography project has been successful and some original  atmospheric images of local scenes have been created.

There are several seasonal surprises in store for visitors to the event.

The Friends Meeting House is in Ship Street South Laines easily accessible from North Street.

SEE YOU THERE!
